All applicants must posses a deep love and enjoyment for working with children between the ages of 5 and 18. Experience with this age group is helpful, but not a requirement. Applicants must be of patient and kind nature. All applicants must be of sound judgment, emotionally mature for their age, and possess good communication skills. All applicants must have a sound desire to serve others, and personal leadership skills. They must be able to develop and maintain a rapport both with children, peers, and adult supervisors. Pine Springs seeks people who genuinely “care about kids” and can be excellent Christ-like examples.
